Nick & Noma Trade Program – Terms of Trade

1. Trade Pricing

Approved trade customers are eligible for exclusive trade pricing on selected products. Discounts vary depending on the product category and are reflected when you log in to your approved trade account. All prices displayed are subject to availability and may change without notice.

2. Promotions

Trade pricing cannot be combined with any other promotions, discount codes, sale pricing, or special offers unless otherwise agreed by Nick & Noma in writing.

3. Trade Account Approval

To access trade pricing and benefits, you must apply for and receive approval for a Nick & Noma Trade Account before placing an order. Trade discounts cannot be applied retrospectively to completed purchases.

4. Trade Communications

By applying for a Nick & Noma Trade Account, you agree to receive communications relating to your account, including product launches, exclusive trade offers, events, and other relevant updates. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

5. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is required prior to dispatch. We accept Direct Deposit, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Any applicable payment processing fees will be displayed at checkout.

6. Order Management

All quotations, orders, order amendments, and after-sales support will be managed directly with the approved trade account holder. Nick & Noma will communicate only with the registered trade customer regarding order enquiries unless prior written authorisation has been provided.

7. Product Availability

All products are subject to stock availability. If an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, Nick & Noma will contact the trade customer to discuss a suitable alternative, backorder, or refund.

8. Freight & Delivery

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout unless otherwise agreed in writing. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided as a guide only and may vary depending on destination, carrier availability, and other circumstances outside our control.

Risk in the goods passes to the trade customer upon delivery to the nominated delivery address. It is the responsibility of the trade customer to inspect all goods upon receipt and notify Nick & Noma of any transit damage, shortages, or incorrect items within 30 days from delivery. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.

9. Warranty & Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Any manufacturer's warranty provided with a product is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms of Trade excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable Australian consumer protection laws.

10. Pricing & Product Information

While every effort is made to ensure product descriptions, specifications, images, and pricing are accurate, Nick & Noma reserves the right to correct errors, amend product information, or update pricing at any time without prior notice.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By applying for a Nick & Noma Trade Account, accessing trade pricing, or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms of Trade, together with Nick & Noma's Terms & Conditions, Shipping Policy, Returns Policy, Privacy Policy, and any other policies published on our website.
